Here’s how it works!!!

As the seller, you may place a 95% Buy Back Guarantee on any unit(s) you bring for sale.  The cost is $75 and you are only charged if the vehicle sells.   

As the buyer, you may purchase the 95% Buy Back Guarantee on any vehicle that isn’t already enrolled in the program.  The cost is $75 plus the cost of a Post Sale Inspection.  You choose the PSI.  $45 for a sale day PSI and $115 for a 7 day warranty PSI.   

To qualify, the unit must sell for over $1000 and less than $30,000.  The actual mileage shall not exceed 125,000.  The unit can not have frame damage, flood damage or salvage history.  The unit can not be a commercial vehicle. 

Units that are brought back must have accrued less than 750 miles from the point of purchase and must be in the same cosmetic and mechanical condition or better. 

If the vehicle meets the parameters of the program, the Charleston Auto Auction will buy back your vehicle, no questions asked, for 95% of purchase price (FEES excluded), between days 61 and 67, not to exceed extra-clean Black Book.
